Officials are investigating a crash that killed five people, including four from Collinsville in Hamilton County, in south central Illinois. Authorities say 49-year-old Darrell Delong lost control of his vehicle which became airborne and eventually rolled several times Saturday night.  All five of his passengers were killed and authorities say only one of them was wearing a seat belt.

Delong remains hospitalized at a hospital in Evansville, Indiana, and officials say that the location of the crash is an area where deer are often seen crossing the road.  The victims have been identified as 49 year old Robert Parker, 42 year old Lori Parker and 35 year old Tammy Delong all of Collinsville; and 23 year old Diana Wright of McLeansboro.  A 16-year-old girl from Collinsville died on Sunday morning, but her name has not been released.
