Madison County government has just launched a new website, rolling into one central location topics related to taxes, voting, sustainability, and the courts. It’s a site that county officials say will be easier to navigate, with improved search capabilities.
Madison County Administrator Joe Parente tells The Big Z there will also be more information and transparency into the county’s finances available to anyone accessing the site.

He says there are links to two departments that maintain separate sites – the Regional Office of Education, and the county treasurer’s office. You can find a link to the new website here: www.co.madison.il.us
