A construction project and computer leasing program were approved at the SIUE University Board of Trustees regularly scheduled meeting. The board approved a budget contract of almost $560,000 to Christ Brothers Asphalt, Inc. They are set to repair and replace sidewalks and inner roadway areas within Cougar Village. Executive director of marketing and Communications Doug McIlhagga tells The Big Z the work needs to be done.

No date has been set for construction to start. The board also approved a 48-month program with Dell to service approximately 2,700 workstations on the SIUE, Alton and East St. Louis campuses.
