Six members of Congress are among the 200 people who spent time in jail to draw attention to immigration reform at the Capitol yesterday.  Among those led away in handcuffs were Democratic Congressmen Luis Gutierrez of Illinois, Charles Rangel of New York, and John Lewis of Georgia.  The rally held on the National Mall was meant to bring attention to immigration legislation, which was passed by the Senate but has not even been considered by the House of Representatives.

Police arrested protesters when they sat down in the street outside the Capitol and refused to move.
