If you know a high school student with art skills, they may have what it takes to win a trip to Washington D.C. U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) is announcing the start of “An Artistic Discovery: The 2014 Congressional Art Competition” for high school students from the 13th Congressional District.
He says the winner’s artwork will hang in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. for an entire year, just like last year’s winner.
