The Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower in Hartford celebrates its anniversary this Saturday with a mix of events to mark the day from 10am to 4pm. A free bounce house for kids of all ages will be there from Noon-4pm, there will be free face painting from 1-2pm, and everyone who visits will get a free birthday cookie.
Stephanie Tate with the Alton Regional Convention & Visitor’s Bureau says the tower also welcomes all citizens of Hartford to go to the top of the tower for free that day, so bring your I.D.
