The year-round needs of those in crisis are met with help from several local social service agencies and non-profit groups.  But now, the Community Hope Center is sending out a plea for help.  According to their estimates, they are running out of food, and their shelves need to be restocked as soon as possible.

While supplies usually come in at a slower pace when there's not a holiday to remind the public of the year-round need,  Development Director Angela Valdez says there is hope with some food drives coming together.  She says you can organize one for your business or organization, and they will help.
