A new coalition, Illinois Partnership for the New Economy& Jobs, is pushing for new communication policies. Members say action should happen before the current Illinois Telecommunication Act expires this year. “It is critical that we do this because as most of you know technology moves quickly,” said coalition member and President of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce Doug Whitley.
