There's more warm weather on the way for Illinois according to the state's climatologist.  For the first half of December, temperatures have been about 11 degrees above average, and that's meant very little snow for the state this month.

State Climatologist Jim Angel says forecasters are predicting similar conditions for the long-term outlook.
