Lewis & Clark Community College is being recognized at the 4th annual Metro East Air & Health Forum for its numerous efforts to make the air around town cleaner.   The event held today (Friday) in Caseyville highlights the impacts of air quality on health, while showcasing the various entities in the Metro East that have emerged as leaders in their efforts to improve regional air quality.

Amy Funk, of the Metro East Community Air Project, says the air in the Metro East is cleaner in many ways that it was when they launched the forum four years ago.
