Senior Services Plus will be celebrating the 20th annual Senior Health & Fitness Day a week from tomorrow with an event called "Circus at the Center."  Seniors are invited to this free event with activities to encourage both physical and mental activity.  Activities Coordinator Margaret Lanier says the basketball shoot, balloon darts, bean bag toss and photo booth are just a few games to get the day started.
