Volunteers with the Grandpa Gang have begun placing displays and hanging the millions of lights in preparation for the annual Christmas Wonderland display at Rock Spring. Starting November 28, you will be able to drive through the Christmas Wonderland at the park to see the light displays, but the lead up to that is underway with weeks of preparation leading up to the traditional day after Thanksgiving season opener.
Bob Osburn, head of the Grandpa Gang, says the work volunteers have been doing to clean up the park will make for a nicer display.

He says everything is in pretty good shape following almost a year in storage. Going to LED lights has helped as well, according to Osburn. He says they don’t take as much power to run, and that is helpful with the lighting on the waterfall at the park drawing a bit more electricity.
