Chocolate connoisseurs from around the Riverbend are invited to Sunday’s 17th annual Chocolate Festival at the Upper Alton Baptist Church on College Avenue. The event is a fundraiser for the Upper Alton Christian Ringers – a group of people from the various churches in Upper Alton that come together to perform as a bell choir.
Event spokesman Irwin Ballard says there will be a variety of treats.
