Chicago cabbies say they'll go on strike this coming Monday morning.  More than two-thousand cab drivers say they'll stage a five-hour strike at 6 a.m.  They want City Councilors to approve a fare hike in response to new regulations that are taking money out of their pockets.

The driver's union spokesperson says cabbies will strike every Monday from 6 to 11 a.m. until City Council approves their hike in fares.
