A drug bust Friday morning has resulted in Meth charges against an East Alton couple. East Alton Police teamed with the Illinois Law Enforcement System, or ILEAS, and the Methamphetamine Task Force to make the arrests after serving a search warrant at about 9:15am at a house in the 200 block of Whitelaw Avenue. The house used to be a Toddle Town day care facility.

47-year-old Garry D. Garland and 34-year-old Cassandra M. Garland are both charged with Unlawful Possession Meth Manufacturing Material and Unlawful Possession Of Meth. Garry Garland is also charged with Aggravated Unlawful Participation In Methamphetamine Manufacturing.
