Fickle of the 200 block of Mercury Drive is responsible for a majority of the air conditioner thefts that have been plaguing the area since February. He was charged with the crimes yesterday, and is being held on $100,000.

Lieutenant Kris Tharp says some of the evidence was in plain sight when detectives arrived to talk to him.
