A Chicago man found with a loaded gun in his car says the charges against him should be dropped because the state's ban on carrying concealed weapons was invalidated by the U.S. Supreme Court.  Deafalla Haddad's gun was legally purchased, and when he was stopped for speeding in November he told the officer he was carrying a loaded gun in a holster.

His attorney says the charges should be dropped because the Supreme Court tossed out the law Haddad broke, and ordered the state to pass a concealed carry law.  A ruling could come next month.
