During the time of the protests in Ferguson a teenager and a juvenile from Centralia ram through a fence at a farm and home store to steal guns with plans to sell to protesters. The teen is facing up to 24 years in prison and the juvenile is in state custody.
19-year-old Dakota Moss and a juvenile allegedly used a stolen truck to ram through a fence at the Buchheit farm and home store in Centralia. Moss admitted in federal court to a number of firearms charges. According to court documents, Moss and the juvenile broke into the store and stole 39 rifles, pistols and shotguns and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition. The juvenile accomplice was arrested on November 30 with 2 of the stolen guns. Moss is awaiting sentencing while the juvenile remains in state custody.
