A gift from Peoria will help fight Ebola.  Caterpillar Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Illinois-based manufacturer, is giving $1 million to the ONE Campaign, according to Michele Sullivan, the foundation's president.  “If you look at the root cause, that is through the health care systems,” says Sullivan. “The governments need assistance in setting up the guidelines, the policies; the citizens need to have awareness.”
