A couple vehicle manufacturers have issued recalls. Suzuki is recalling Forenza's from the 2004 to 2006 and Reno's from 2005 and 2006 because of a wiring problem that can cause the headlights to go out. Owners should take their vehicles to Suzuki dealers to be fixed at no cost. Meanwhile, General Motors is recalling their 2006 and 2007 models of the Chevy TrailBlazer, Buick Rainier, GMC Envoy, Saab 9-7X and Isuzu Ascender.
Officials say salty water can get into the driver's door lock and window control module, causing corrosion that could result in a short in the circuit board. GM is working on a fix and will notify owners to go to dealers for a repair.
