The Alton City Council is expected to approve a redevelopment agreement with Advanced Outsource Solutions, a division of Challenge Unlimited at its meeting tomorrow night. The agreement will help the company move into a warehouse at the Alton Center Business Park.
Nearly 100 jobs will be coming to Alton with the new operation that will produce contract and secondary packaging, according to Company spokesman Tami Anstedt.

The city is being asked to contribute about $426,000 in TIF money. In other city business, an agreement to fix the sinkhole at Alton Middle School was approved, as was a resolution to require business owners to place cigarette diffusers outside of bars and restaurants.
