The 29th edition of the Bucket Brigade is coming this spring, and the group is in need of homes to paint. In fact, it needs just 20 homes to reach 14-hundred homes painted since the program began. The painting day is May 14, but the senior class from Marquette Catholic High School will work on homes for a week in mid-April.
Bucket Brigade founder and organizer Dale Neudecker tells the Big Z their volunteers keep this project going each year:

Properties to be painted must be single story, owner occupied and be located somewhere in the Riverbend. Preference is given to older residents, single parents, the disabled, or anyone who would otherwise be unable to complete the project physically or financially.
