BlagojevichLawyers for Rod Blagojevich, the ex-governor of Illinois, are asking for a reversal of his corruption conviction.  Arguments will be presented this morning in Chicago for either a reversal, a retrial or a reduction in his sentence.  A jury found Blagojevich guilty of trying to sell the senate seat formerly held by President Obama to the highest bidder.

Blagojevich remains at a Colorado federal prison, where he has served nearly two years of a 14-year sentence.
