Call it a win for Rod Blagojevich's attorney's. A federal appeals court ruled they would consider the transcripts of FBI wiretaps that weren't allowed in the former governor's corruption trial. Blagojevich's attorneys have argued the unheard tapes will clear him. The infamous tapes were a major part of Blagojevich's fall from grace back in 2008.
He was convicted in 2011 and is serving a 14-year-sentence at a federal facility in Colorado.
