A month full of events commemorating Black History Month is set to begin this week at Lewis & Clark Community College.  Things get started Thursday with a talk by representatives from Shell Credit Union on the topic of smartly handling your money.

That event will be held in the Trimpe Building, but the college's Jared Henings tells The Big Z many of the events will be held in the Reid Cafeteria.

There will be seminars, dance workshops, and music performances throughout the month.  The month wraps up with blood, bone marrow and organ donation drive.  For more information about Black History Month at LCCC, call 468-6400.
