The 20th annual Bikers for Babies Ride takes place today to support the March of Dimes.  The motorcycle run begins in south St. Louis and will end at the Liberty Bank Alton Amphitheater at Riverfront Park.  More than 700 riders are expected to take part in the group's largest fundraiser of the year.
The ride starts at 11am and is 45 miles long, beginning at Mungenast Motorsports on South Lindbergh, then making its way to 255 to Wood River, then west on Highway 143 to downtown Alton.  Once riders reach the amphitheater, there will be music, food and drink, raffles and more to support the March of Dimes.  Members of the Illinois State Police and Missouri Highway Patrol are taking part this year as escorts for the ride.
