Sanders cites taxing speculation on Wall Street as the answer as to how to pay for the free tuition. He also went after Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in his speech saying that his campaign has the momentum to defeat them both. The Senator also expressed his support of gay marriage. He accused Clinton of not voting in the interest of gay rights even though she claims to support gay marriage.
