State Senator Bill Haine (D-Alton) has sponsored a similar measure in the senate.

Beiser also says that it is important to ensure that local tax revenue is being used properly and not being used to inappropriately fund the state government. HB 3785 will be considered by the state legislature during the upcoming spring session.
