Every Thursday beginning tonight, the Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower in Hartford will host an artist of some kind as part of a new program called "Arts By The Levee." Alton Convention and Visitors Bureau spokeman Suzanne Halbrook says the first show features River City Sound:

There will also be poets and dancers throughout the season. It is a $5 admission, but that includes the cost to go to the top of the tower.
