The Wood River Aquatic Center closed for the season last Monday and now officials in Wood River are set to examine the facility before making a decision on its' future. A number of leaks were fixed and a pump were replaced at the aging facility this year and Mayor Fred Ufert says they are confident those issues are now resolved.

Ufert the says plan is to have a company come in and use cameras to examine the lines for any more leaks or damage. If additional damage is found, City officials will gather to discuss possible solutions and the future of the facility.
