The Democrat looking to take Governor Quinn’s job is facing a roadblock. Tio Hardiman’s name may not even appear on the primary ballot in March. His running mate’s address is wrong on their nominating petitions, which could disqualify them from running. Brunell Donald says she moved recently but forgot to change the address on her voter registration.
The state board of elections is reviewing the case and could have a decision as early as this week.
