The Ameren Illinois ActOnEnergy Symposium for business and nonprofit customers is coming up May 8 at the Collinsville Gateway Center from 7am-2pm. Bill LeBlanc, president of the Boulder Energy Group, will be the keynote speaker on both days. LeBlanc will discuss emerging energy efficiency issues and show how businesses are changing their behaviors to achieve maximum savings.

Ameren spokesperson Victora Busch says business owners are finding many ways to take advantage of the ActOnEnergy program.

Busch comments

She says some farmers have found the program to be especially beneficial when upgrading their grain drying systems using natural gas, and those businesses that utilize refrigeration have also found the program helpful.
