Alton attorney Bradford E. Hunt is facing more problems, after a Madison County Grand Jury returned a two count indictment accusing him of Solicitation of a Sexual Act. It is alleged Hunt offered to provide legal services in exchange for sexual favors from two Madison County women earlier this year. These two counts are Class A misdemeanors.
But Hunt is already facing felony charges stemming from an arrest in late June on pot charges. Investigators believe the 56-year-old is involved in a cannabis growing operation. According to charges filed by the Madison County State's Attorney's Office, Hunt had 24 cannabis sativa plants at a home he owns in the 3,600 block of Horn Avenue, which is located in the Milton area behind St. Mary's Middle School. In that case, Hunt is charged with two counts of unlawful production of cannabis sativa plants and a single count of unlawful possession of cannabis.
