If you are in the market for senior pictures or wedding photographs, you may be in the market for a photographer.  If you are shopping the market, there are a few things the Better Business Bureau wants you to know, in the wake of a Belleville company that has been under the microscope recently for failing to live up to expectations.

In some cases, customers have reported difficulty contacting Scarlett Photography company owner Alexander O’Neal after giving him money for a job.  In some cases he is accused of not delivering everything that was promised, and in at least one instance he is accused of “vanishing.”  Better Business Bureau Investigator Bill Smith tells The Big Z in many cases, people say they hired him because he was cheap.
