An Edwardsville man who was taken into custody by the Madison County Sheriff's Office on a felony warrant for larceny will now face additional charges for his actions during the arrest. According to the sheriff's office, 18 year old Robert J. Primas (pictured) of the 3100 block of Sand Road in Edwardsville was taken into custody after deputies respoonded to a disturbance call on February 8th. While he was taken into custody, Primas allegedly kicked the glass out of a display case inside the residence he was in. The home owner decided to press charges and Primas has now been charged with an additional felony for criminal damage to property. Primas remains in the custody of the Madison County Jail with his bond set at $15,000.
