An Alton man is facing statutory penalties of 15 years to life after being found guilty of drug and firearm offenses earlier this week. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois office’  reports that 31-year old Miles “Lou” Musgraves was found guilty Thursday on one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises near a school, one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, one count of felon in possession of a ammunition, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of distribution of cocaine near a school.

The case was investigated by the Alton Police Department. Sentencing has been scheduled for June 26.
