About this event

The American Lung Association in Illinois is extending a heart felt & Lung-Smart open invitation, to our 17th Annual Alphabet Walk, reaching the letter “Q!” Our community Event is an ALA Fund-raiser, a 5 K goal, providing an on-site inter-active professional program, learning experience, for all ages!

PROGRAM:

Anatomy of an Asthma Attack, What to Do, When Minutes Count!

 Learn directly from a 911 Supervisor, Fire Protection District responders, life-saving methods,  Lung-Smart Medical techniques, vital as learning CPR, for victims of heart disease, because you never know, when you can make a difference, learning what to do, to save your life if you or your child, is having an asthma attack or you witness someone having an asthma attack?

Join us, participate!

Share our celebration meal, donated by Shirley Waide….  Delivered by Bill Perkins, with Franklin Lodge # 25, Alton.

Additionally, feel free to pick-up materials provided by the American Lung, how to quit smoking!
