Edwardsville High School Band is hosting 19 high school bands from IL and MO as they compete for awards in 4 classes. Local bands competing include Alton, Belleville East, Collinsville, Granite City & O'Fallon Township high schools.
Edwardsville High School Marching Tigers will present an exhibition performance of their 2014 marching show entitled "One Wild Ride".
We are also excited to have a second exhibition performance by Illinois State University's Big Red Marching Machine comprised of 280 students!
This is event is open to the public. Admission pricing is $5 for adults, $3 for students & senior citizens and free for children age 5 and under. Great tasting and reasonably priced food is available throughout the event.
Proceeds from this event support the District 7 band program. We are extremely grateful to District 7 administration, District 7 school board members, EHS administration and employees, EHS Marching Band staff, our parent committee members, band & guard parents and students for their cooperation, time and effort to host this event.
