Coyote Management, L.P. Purchases Alton Square Mall

Under New Managment

Addison, Texas……………Coyote Alton Mall, L.P. acquired Alton Square Mall, located in Alton, Illinois on August 1, 2007 from Simon Property Group (Illinois), L.P. The regional mall was purchased by a partnership between Coyote Alton Investors, L.P. and Torreonbridge National Investments LLC. The mortgage was provided by Marquette Realty Capital, LLC.

Alton Square Mall is a 634,181 square foot regional mall anchored by Macy’s, JCPenney, Sears and includes over 60 specialty stores and restaurants.

Alton Square Mall opened in 1978, and underwent a major renovation and expansion in 1996-1997 when Sears was added to the property. The most recent addition was in 2006 when Famous Barr converted to Macy’s. The center has a trade area of over 156,000 consumers with an average household income of $54,568, compared with the US average of $46,000.
