The PTG meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, with the next
one being on April 14th at 7pm in the Annex Gym. This is the night to sign
up for committees and/or run for positions on the PTG board for the
2009/2010 school year.
All PTG Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the
Olin library. There will be no meeting in December. All are welcome and
encouraged to attend.

Refresh the Courts!
Pepsi has generously offered to give back to communities through their
Refresh Everything campaign. They offer grants to communities ranging from
$5,000 to $250,000 each month for the entire year! Generosity in a time of
need - how awesome is Pepsi?! Alton has applied for two different grants,
and is in the running for February funding. The first $50,000 grant is
entitled "Rock the Park! Refresh the Courts!" which seeks to revitalize the
tennis courts at Rock Springs Park. Refreshing these courts will enable the
Alton Middle School students, and the community at large, build fitness

looking to improve the courts at Alton High School, by adding lights and
seating areas. The website for this grant is

We need your help to achieve our funding! Vote every day in February for
these two grants! Voting closes February 28, 2010. Help us more, by
including this information on your face book page, twitter, to everyone on
your email, and where your business allows, on their websites. Let's all
